I rated 50 shades higher and I then slept on it and down graded the rating the book because I hated it.
Not Sexy, not raunchy and not hot. I got a headache just reading it.

Still not moved yet. Still looking for a place. Most of my books are now in boxes around my room and the house.
In March again I hope to read 4 to 5 books. This month I will be going onto my crime fiction group/theme of books.

comment on Saturday

I was asked by a friend if I was going to talk about the new research that more women are religious then men. I am as a I have said in the past non-religious, in fact I would class myself as an Atheist, Humanist, Naturalist and a feminist. I can see why many men have broken away or do not believe in a god or religion but why do woman seem to believe.
I think one of the reasons is that of culture. In my own family myself, my Dad and my little brother (I can not count my big brother in this as I have no idea what he believes.) all believe that there is no god and would class ourselves as atheists. My Mum on the other hand believes that there is something out there. She might not believe in a god and all of that nonsense but she would class herself as Church of England. She does not go to church (ever) but it is her point of view.
And this is why I think that more woman then man say that they are religious because it is a cultural thing. I have been brought up in a Humanist household and I would not want to be brought up in a religious (even if it was a moderate religious) household.  I see religious belief as a cultural and social one in which most people seem to believe to fit in.
However, more and more people of both sexes and everything in between are leaving religion and turning to reason, science and the world around them. End on a hopeful note

Je suis Charlie

I am about to go into the Now Show and I keep on thinking about what happened yesterday in Paris. 12 people dead in one attack. And a policewoman today. All because the bastards could not take a joke. We need to mock the fucking bastards who use their religion and their relationship with a non existing God who appears to be very small and non important.

Review of The infinite monkey cage

I loved being able to watch the recording of The Infinite Monkey Cage. The guests were informative and funny with the two hosts comedian Robin Ince and Professor Brian Cox being great.
I am not sure if this is going to be in the show on the radio so I will tell you how they started the recording. We had all seat down and were waiting for the three guests to come out when Brian and Robin warmed up the audience with very rude impressions of Brian Blessed. They were very good made us all laugh.
The experience of  the recording was wonderful and loved seeing how one of my favourite programs was made.
I give the recording 4.9 stars and I hope to be able to go to more radio recordings.
Next week I am going to going to two more radio recordings but I will talk more about them next week.
